Learn How Pearl Can Help →Questions physicians ask first
An OBL is an office based facility where you perform procedures under your own practice, usually opening in 2 to 5 months. An ASC is a licensed and Medicare certified surgical facility, which takes 12 to 24 months and requires new payor contracts.
It depends on the procedures you plan to perform, what your state allows, and how many physicians are involved. Some centers combine both models under one roof. We answer this together during the proforma.
Both. Pearl develops the facility and then runs it with you: staffing, credentialing, scheduling, billing, collections, and financial reporting.
With a 30 minute introductory call. We learn about your specialty, your market, and your goals, and from there we decide together whether a detailed proforma makes sense.
